This course visits a few of the sites between Kamikumamoto Station and the Kusamakura Exchange Center in Tamana that served as inspiration for scenes in Natsume Soseki's novel Kusamakura. The Kusamakura Path goes over two mountain passes and is popular with Natsume Soseki fans and tourists alike.
